Michelle comes to Compass with diverse entrepreneurial experience, having founded and owned her own Holistic Salon and Spa for 18 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University in 2001, majoring in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship. Upon graduating, she was inducted into two honor societies: Golden Key Honor Society and the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, which honors those who are recognized for high achievement and top academic performance in business. She founded Thairapeutics, LLC (a holistic salon and spa) located in Albany in 2003. During her 18-year run, she has accumulated several certifications in health, wellness, fitness, and beauty to provide a full “holistic” experience with high-quality standards. In addition, she has also won several awards for best hair salon, best holistic practice, and was awarded “Woman Entrepreneur Of The Year” in 2011 for starting and owning a green business.
 
Having had a great fondness for architecture and design, real estate has always captivated her. Entering her career in real estate, she brings her entrepreneurial skills, creativity, quality service, and high standards of integrity and customer relations. Michelle has extensive knowledge and experience in the Eco-Conscious Industry for greater health and environmental sustainability. She integrates her green philosophy and passion for individual and environmental health into real estate as a Green Home Specialist. Her mission is to Green homes in America. She believes the place you spend most of your time in (your home) should be the healthiest place for you, and in turn be healthy for the environment, creating a ONE green planet concept.
